The trip of Michael and his family

During the boat trip, Michael and his family visit the following places: La Coruña  (Spain), Azores Islands, Canaries, Cape Verde Island, Recife (Brazil), Río de Janeiro, Santa Helena, Cape Town, Perth, Sidney and Coral Sea.

I made this map in the website www.tripline.net. It's funny and very easy to use.

Venn Diagram

This activity consists of write the similarities and differences between the traditional story of "The three little pigs" (topic 1) and the new story, called "The true story of the three little pigs" (topic 2).

In the middle, there are the facts that both stories share.

You could use symbols and pictures to make it more attractive.

VCOP: Punctuation Pyramid

In this PDI activity, students have to fill the gaps using connectives.

They have to pay attention to this punctuation pyramid, in order to choose the best connector.

The phrases belongs to the story of "The owl who has afraid of the dark".

How is the dark?

With this book for Year 4, we have discovered a very little owl who was really curious. His name is Plop. Although he thought the dark was dangerous, little by little he find out that the dark is wonderful, funny super and millions of other things! With the help of his mother, Plop meets interesting people that tell him why the dark is so amazing.

I used this map to describe how is the dark, according to Plop's story.

I recommend this book to all this kids that have afraid of the dark and they need to overcome their fears :)

The water cycle

This is a display that we have made about the water cycle. It explain step by step all the process (condensation, precipitation and evaporation)

The drop goes plop

This is a non fiction book for Year 2. It`s one of my favourite because you could learn in a funny way the different steps of  the water cycle: condensation, precipitation and evaporation.

The characters are two birds, the mother and her son. He is very curious and wants to know why the drops of the water travel all the time.
